• Instrumental in completing several capital improvements which have included a medium voltage roof-top distribution system, high pressure gas system to all building, elevator conversion, window replacement, fa ade restoration, rail system restoration, and a practice arena for the Brooklyn Nets
• Supervise a staff of approximately 120 individuals which included Engineers and Mechanics which requires providing individualized feedback/coaching in addition to a keen ability to handle complex employee issues
• Devise and implement strategies focused on increasing efficiency and reducing overhead cost, oversaw the decentralization of engineering staff members, and developed an in-house elevator maintenance department
• Play a lead role in providing comprehensive training to new staff members, oversee the emergency power generating system, and direct the capital improvements program
• Maintain over 140 in-house elevators which requires completing both category 1 yearly inspections and category 5 inspections every 5 years

• Coordinated several engineering and logistical functions for a 30 million square foot property which consisted of commercial, industrial, and residential properties
• Oversaw capital improvement program, designed/implemented strategic project plans, managed building services, and prepared annual operating/capital budgets
• Played an integral role in the design and construction of the infrastructure for a new data center and meet me room which resulted in Wired Score Gold Certification for the campus
